Pounamu Drip

I carved this pendant from a piece of West coast Nephrite that was gifted to me by a friend. The combination of colours here are due to it being a piece of the rind of the stone, the rind is more porous which makes it a bit softer than the heart of the stone.. so that + the pastel colours, the round edge and also the matte finish give this talisman such a soft, gentle energy.

To me this is a necklace of light heartedness. There is such an art to living life light heartedly, it is a practice.. and I think a lot of us are a little out of practice.

This talisman was woven with intentions to bring a sense of joy and lightness of perspective and heart, to what can sometimes be a pretty rough ride that we call life. Not only for yourself, but may this medicine spread to all you encounter and gently uplift those closest to you as well🤍✨
